Custom Private Sessions curated for individual needs. Working to support your unique goals. Sessions last from 30-60 minutes, as often as desired.

Group classes create an opportunity for collective peace, rest, and recovery. Whether you want to carve out quality time with your Corporate team or for a special event, sessions are tailored to your group’s needs.
Individual classes
Movement has always been part of my life. From early dance classes to competing internationally as a swimmer, and later navigating the physical strain of corporate life and tech fatigue. These diverse experiences inform my approach to teaching: accessible, adaptable, and rooted in real-world understanding of how our bodies and nervous systems respond to stress. Whether you're an athlete, a desk worker, or new to movement, my classes meet you where you are
1-on-1 sessions are available via Zoom or in person, either at a local park in the Denver or Boulder area or in your home (for an additional fee).

With over a decade of corporate experience, I deeply understand the physical and mental toll of today’s work environments—tech neck, Zoom fatigue, chronic stress, and the blurred boundaries of remote and hybrid work.
As both a former corporate leader and international athlete, I’ve seen how targeted movement and breath practices can dramatically improve focus, energy, posture, and overall wellbeing.
Group yoga sessions in the workplace create space for connection, stress relief, and sustained performance. I offer a range of accessible, evidence-informed classes designed to support employees in showing up as their best selves—both professionally and personally.
