The most meaningful benefit of Yoga Therapy has been reconnecting with myself in a way I didn’t realize I needed. These sessions gave me tools to slow down, breathe, and tune into my body’s signals. I feel more grounded and aware, and that sense of inner calm has carried over into my everyday life. After four weeks, I feel noticeably lighter, more energized, and centered. When we started, I felt scattered and tense, but now there’s a sense of ease in both my body and mind. I’m sleeping better, managing stress differently, and generally moving through my days with more balance and clarity. It was amazing seeing the impact and difference in such a short time. Consistency is key!! I really appreciated how personalized each session was. Bo met me exactly where I was—never forcing, always encouraging.
