Yoga Therapy Client
Working with Bo felt very approachable and personalized. As someone who can be hard on myself without even realizing it, Bo was the gentle, supportive presence I needed during our time together. Yoga is something that has always been super intimidating for me. Bo was absolutely amazing and made me a fully customized plan to help me reach my goals. Every session I could tell that she was adjusting her plans to what my body and soul needed in that moment. After our sessions I feel so much more confident in what my body and mind can do in tandem. As a constant overthinker, Bo really helped me ground my thoughts and fully immerse in the experience. Super grateful for the safe and learning space she provided me- so that I could grow mentally and physically.

The most meaningful benefit of Yoga Therapy has been reconnecting with myself in a way I didn’t realize I needed. These sessions gave me tools to slow down, breathe, and tune into my body’s signals. I feel more grounded and aware, and that sense of inner calm has carried over into my everyday life. After four weeks, I feel noticeably lighter, more energized, and centered. When we started, I felt scattered and tense, but now there’s a sense of ease in both my body and mind. I’m sleeping better, managing stress differently, and generally moving through my days with more balance and clarity. It was amazing seeing the impact and difference in such a short time. I feel SO MUCH BETTER!! Emotionally, spiritually, and physically…. I loved the yoga poses/movement that were specifically for my lower and neck and shoulder issues. Those were new to me. The breathing techniques and meditations. They were super helpful and didn’t feel overwhelming or too hard to commit to.
I recently completed four yoga therapy sessions while pregnant, and I’m truly grateful for the experience. Each session was thoughtfully structured and tailored to my needs.
